Back view needed

Overall the pants were good quality material. The back of the pants had pockets and the pockets are low on the butt so went down the back of my leg instead of my butt. I returned them as I needed a smaller size and didn't like the placement of the pockets. If you are looking for pockets and that are a bit baggy on the bum with low lying pockets then these are for you, but if you are looking for a more fitted pant these are not.

Love the fit!

I'm 5'10" and 117 lbs and the long length is great! I ordered the small in long and the fit is perfect. The velcro tabs to bring in the waist made the fit a bit more tailored and the small was the right choice for me. They were not bulky at all yet they had enough room in them not to be too tight of a fit for mobility. I tried on a lot of brands of ski pants and the North Face was the best. This pant was a bit more fitted than some of the other cuts of North Face which is why I chose this style... And the fact that it came in long!

Just received these pants, I haven't skied in them yet so I can only review based on the fit. I am 6' tall and was soo excited to find ski pants that came in a long inseam. I typically will wear a 35" inseam in jeans so I was a little worried if they would be long enough, but they are more than sufficient in the length. The waist I found to be true to size, and is very adjustable with the tabs on either side of the waist and you can make them pretty close to custom. I found the bum to be a little tight in these pants, which was surprising since I ordered the large and am typically a med/lrg in NF gear (for reference I am 165lbs with an athletic build). I am not sure that I have to mobility in these pants that I would like, I feel a little restrictive (and like I could potentially blow the bottom out of these pants :s ). I think the style of the cut has to do a lot with this issue. And to be fair- they are described as slim fitting in the description. My advice would be if you have an ample bottom you should probably steer clear of these and check out a different cut pant. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied with this purchase from the North Face.
