When shopping for gloves, consider the following:

• Insulation:  The level of insulation should be based on your intended use.  Are you planning a family trip to the slopes or does she play in the snow a lot at home?  Consider gloves with more insulation to keep hands warm.

• Fit:  A proper fit is critical for warmth and to avoid restricting movement.  Gloves should cover the wrists. Adjustable closures are ideal for ensuring comfort.

• Waterproofing:  Again, if your next adventure is in a snowy setting, waterproofing is a must to keep hands dry and warm.  Otherwise, for everyday use on chilly days, a sleeker pair of gloves like our eTip gloves or a soft pair of fleece gloves may suffice.
