Men's Beanies
Men's Beanies at The North Face
From trapper hats with ear flaps to wool-blend knit caps, when it comes to men's beanies, we've got you covered at The North Face. We offer different styles for all tastes including cuffed and ribbed beanies, close-fitting dock worker and fisherman beanies, and winter hats with flaps and pom poms.
Our most popular men's beanies include the Jim Beanie made from a wool-blend for natural warmth and the Salty with its classic dock-worker style. The Salty Beanie is available in both shallow and deep fit depending on how you prefer to wear your beanie. For an après ski hat, look no further than our Ski Tuke which has a deep fit, novelty jacquard graphics and prints, and is available in numerous colors.
How to Wear Men's Beanies
Beanies are truly versatile accessories. They can be worn even when snow isn't falling. Pull one on when you're out for a morning run, for a day on the trail, when the weather is slightly chilly on the way to work or the gym, or just when you feel like wearing a casual accessory with your favorite T-shirt or hoodie.
Depending on the size of beanie you choose, it can be worn a couple of ways. If you put it on so that it covers just the upper half of your ears, the top of a larger beanie will often sit high off the top of your head for a casual look. If you prefer a more snug fit closer to your head without covering your entire forehead, pull the beanie down in the back and tuck slightly around the cuff. Of course, you can always pull the cap down so it covers your entire forehead and ears to stay warm on very cold days.
Accessories That Complement Beanies
Beanies are great for keeping your head and ears warm (and are a stylish accessory), but what other men's accessories can complement your beanie for that perfect winter outfit? Gloves and scarves are a must. A pair of our eTip gloves is a great choice when you want to use your phone without exposing your hands to frigid temperatures.
Of course, if you're trying to stay warm whether you're on the slopes, the trail, or in the city, don't forget we offer men's wool socks in a variety of lengths.
