  • How MFA Works (Step‑by‑Step)
    • Here’s what to expect when MFA is required:
    • Login with an existing account, available on The North Face® Outdoor Clothing & Gear , The North Face® Canada Outdoor Clothing & Gear , The North Face Équipement et vêtements de plein air & The North Face iOS app
    • Email is prompted for your input
    • 3 choices for authentication for logging in
      • Passkey (FaceID, fingerprint, or PIN)
      • On first setup, you’ll verify with a one-time code (OTP), then create a passkey (Face ID, fingerprint, or device PIN).
      • To change your passkey, delete it from your device and set up a new one.
        • Google Chrome (Desktop): Go to Menu > Settings > Autofill and passwords > Google Password Manager > Settings > Manage passkeys.
        • Windows 11: Open Settings > Accounts > Passkeys. Select the three-dot menu next to the passkey and click Delete passkey.
        • iPhone/iPad (iOS): Go to Settings > Passwords. Tap the site/app name, select Edit, then delete the passkey.
        • macOS: Open the Passwords app, select the passkey, and choose Delete.
  • Get a Code, where user will be sent a 6 or 8 digits code via sms or email for logging in
    • SMS will only be available if you are opted into receiving promotional messages via SMS.
