Our first steps forward

We're reopening some of our stores.

The world is changing. What remains unchanged is the need to explore. As our community adapts to the new normal, we’ve taken steps to ensure exploration never stops.

From limiting store hours so we can clean and reset, to creating new sanitization stations, our stores are now equipped with increased measures to help keep you safe, so you can get out and explore again.

For more information on the measures we’ve put in place, read the FAQ below. To see if your nearest store is now open, please visit our store locator.

Will store hours be affected?

Why isn’t my store open yet?

Ultimately, our plan is to reopen all U.S. store locations. However, for the health and safety of our customers and associates, we are following state and local guidelines for when and how to open individual stores.
