We're reopening some of our stores.
The world is changing. What remains unchanged is the need to explore. As our community adapts to the new normal, we’ve taken steps to ensure exploration never stops.
From limiting store hours so we can clean and reset, to creating new sanitization stations, our stores are now equipped with increased measures to help keep you safe, so you can get out and explore again.

In order to maintain physical distance between customers and associates, we’re limiting the number of people allowed in each store. These limits will be based on the size of the store, with a maximum of one person every six feet. Designated waiting areas will be available outside each store so you can wait while maintaining a safe distance.

While you can bring your own bag to use in stores, associates will not be allowed to touch customer-provided reusable bags. Once your items are purchased, we ask that you place them in your bag if you have brought one.
Most stores will be accepting in-store returns. However, we recommend contacting your local The North Face store to confirm, as state and local guidelines may affect this.
