  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days)
 Order by 12 PM EST, and we’ll get it out the same day—because adventure doesn’t wait.

  • Priority Shipping (1-2 business days)
 Need it fast? Place your order before 12 PM EST, and it ships same day for next-day delivery.
     

Heads up: Some shipping options may not be available year-round. Weather, peak seasons, and other factors can affect availability. Legal title to purchased product transfers to the buyer at point of shipment.

Once you have set your store and selected the product size and color, the page will display if the item is available in your store. This is shown directly below the Add to Cart button. If you want to see if your product is available to pick up in a different store, click the Change Store link. See examples below.

Please Note

  • Buy Online, Pick Up in Store is eligible for pickup within 24 hours. Make sure you receive an SMS message or Email stating that your order is ready for pickup first. 
     

  • All pickup times are estimates. While we strive to meet all pickup times as quoted, it’s important to note that The North Face does not make any guarantee that your order will be available at any specific time.
     

  • While a product may show as available at the time an order is placed, there’s always a chance that a customer in-store has it in their hands and will purchase it. This means a Buy Online, Pick Up in Store order cancellation is possible.

Non-Residential Addresses

We are more than happy to ship P.O. boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. Delivery takes 4-6 weeks. Please note that Standard, Express, and Overnight Shipping are not available. 
 
We offer Ground Shipping to PO Boxes. Delivery takes 7-10 business days. Please note that Standard, Express, and Overnight Shipping are not available.

Can’t find what you need in-store? No problem. Choose Ship to Store at checkout and we’ll deliver your gear to the location that works best for you.

Gift Boxing & Seasonal Shipping

  • Gift boxing is available for $9.00 + tax and includes a 100% recyclable box featuring the iconic Half Dome and a red ribbon.

  • Each box comes with a free personalized message card made from 100% recycled materials.

  • Not available for footwear or equipment (e.g., tents, sleeping bags, packs).

  • If eligible, you’ll see the option to add gift boxing during Checkout.

Signature Requirement for High-Value Orders

  • For orders totaling $500 or more, a signature is required upon delivery.

  • If your order ships in multiple packages, only the final package will require a signature.

How do I track my order?
 
Site 
  • If you're signed in, go to your order Details page for your tracking number (My Account > My Orders (Order History) > Order Details > Tracking Number.)

  • If you're signed out you can track your order at https://www.thenorthface.com/en-us/order-status.

  • Provide your order number, email, and zip code to access your order.

  • *Order Details page will appear with limited information. Sensitive information such as payment method and billing is not shown for privacy purposes.*
     

Email 
  • An email with your tracking number will be provided after your order has been shipped.
     

TNF App 
  • If you are a signed out user, follow this path to track your order: Account > Find Order > Provide order number, last name, and zip code.

  • If you are a signed in user, follow this path to track your order: Account > Order History > View Order Details > "Track Package" with tracking number.
     

SMS 
  • You’ll receive a text message once your order ships. Just tap the link in the message to track your order.
