Offer:

1. Purchase $125 USD of The North Face products at The North Face retail stores, excluding The North Face outlet stores, between September 15, 2023 at time of participating store opening and September 29, 2023 at time of participating store closing.
2. Receive a The North Face Ponderosa Green Salty Lined Beanie (US Only)

Important Restrictions:

A. Validity.

Valid in the United States only.  Void where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law.

Must be a legal resident of the United States, 18 years of age (or legal age of majority in state/province of residence, whichever is greater) or older and a member of the XPLR Pass Rewards Program. (If not currently a member of XPLR Pass Rewards Program, you may join the Program and thereafter participate in Offer.**)

B. Participation.

By participating in this Offer, you agree to fully comply with these Terms and to the decisions of The North Face which are final and binding in all respects.

Purchase threshold of $125 USD will be calculated pre-tax and excludes express shipping.

Purchases made other than at United States The North Face retail stores r; including, United States The North Face Outlet Stores, Canada The North Face retail stores, third party retail stores and third party websites. Qualifying purchase must be made during the offer periods set forth above. Offer NOT valid on prior purchases, product returns or exchanges, or special orders.

The North Face reserves the right to condition award of Gift upon consumer providing adequate proof of membership in XPLR Pass Rewards Program.

This Offer is not valid with any other The North Face coupon, discount, promotion or offer (with the sole exception of the receipt of XPLR Pass Points in conjunction with The North Face product purchase[s].)

Gift is a The North Face Ponderosa Green Salty Lined Beanie (US Only). Beanies one size only.

Limit of one (1) Gift per person provided supplies last. The North Face will not have liability under any legal theory once the supply of Gifts has been exhausted.

If consumer returns item(s) included as part of qualifying The North Face purchase, The North Face reserves the right to require return of Gift. 

No group, commercial or organization requests will be accepted.

The North Face reserves the right to withhold Gift, terminate membership in XPLR Pass Rewards Program (to the extent permitted by law) and perhaps pursue legal sanctions in the event of consumer fraud of any kind.  

C. Redemption.

To receive Gift, member be identified as an XPLR Pass member at time of purchase at checkout, or join the XPLR Pass program at checkout. The North Face will not provide Gift if not a member at time of purchase.

Gift will be automatically provided at time of check-out from a The North Face retail store; provision of a special code is not required. For online purchases with curbside/in-store pick-up, Gift will be included with curbside/in-store order pick-up. 

Gift must be accepted AS IS and cannot be substituted or returned by participant for cash or credit.  No substitution for Gift is available.

D. Limitations of Liability.

The North Face assumes no responsibility for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic, programming or wireless Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures or errors of any kind as well as for human/administrative error of any kind in implementation of Offer. The preceding includes but is not limited to failure for any reason of Gift to be included with purchased The North Face product(s) for online purchase with curbside/in-store pickup (assuming supplies last).  

Once Gift has been provided to purchaser, it becomes the sole responsibility of purchaser and will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.

No variance from these terms and conditions allowed except as required by law.  Offer subject to change at any time without notice. 

If circumstances beyond the control of The North Face (that is, a force majeure event, such as a pandemic/epidemic, strike, civil unrest, natural cataclysm, materials shortage, equipment failure/malfunction/error or tampering/unauthorized intervention) interferes with or prevents altogether The North Face’s implementation of the Offer as originally intended (as determined by The North Face in its sole discretion), The North Face may in its sole discretion, modify, suspend or terminate the Offer. The preceding includes but is not limited to delays attributable to disruptions of the consumer supply chain and/or the direct or indirect impact of the COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic/epidemic.   In any such event, notice to such effect will be posted on www.thenorthface.com.

By participating in Offer, participant releases, discharges, indemnifies and holds harmless The North Face, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of each of the foregoing, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the Offer including but not limited to The North Face’s inability to provide a Gift to a purchaser for any reason, as well as the acceptance, possession, receipt, use/misuse of the Gift (as applicable).
