Standard Shipping Terms

Applies to delivery in the 50 United States (street address or P.O. box), U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands) or APO/FPO addresses or to the 10 Provinces/3 Territories comprising Canada. 

Guests –

Effective June 1, 2023, if subtotal of merchandise purchased is less than $99, $9 fee will be charged for standard shipping. Charge will be reflected in the same manner as selection of 2-Day and Overnight Shipping options. (Previously, all orders were eligible for free standard shipping.) 

Free standard shipping will continue to be available if subtotal of merchandise purchased is $99 or more.

Subtotal of merchandise purchased calculated before tax and net of promo codes, discounts, coupons, offers or promotions. All merchandise must be included in same transaction in order to count toward $99 threshold; separate transactions CANNOT be combined.

XPLR Pass Members* & The North Face Athletes-- 

Standard shipping is free regardless of subtotal of merchandise purchased. Must be logged into XPLR Pass account (or as The North Face Athlete) in order to receive free standard shipping.

*If not currently a Member, you may join XPLR Pass and immediately participate in the Offer.

Standard shipping means delivery within 3 - 6 business days. No weekend delivery.  Business days are Monday through Friday, and exclude federal holidays within the United States. Holidays include: Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. 

Deliveries ship via United States Postal Service/Canada Post.  Shipping based on normal carrier restrictions and delays. Delivery is NOT guaranteed within 5 business days

Legal title to purchased product transfers to the buyer at point of shipment.

Not valid in-store, including merchandise purchased for in-store pickup. No adjustments on previous purchases. Not available for returns/exchanges.  Not redeemable for cash.  Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted. Offer subject to change at any time without notice.
