As the battle against COVID-19 continues and its impact deepens, we are continually taking steps to keep our community safe.
From limiting store hours so we can clean and reset, to creating new sanitization stations, to offering Buy Online, Pick Up In Store shopping options, we are equipped with increased measures to help keep you safe, so you can get out and explore again.

The health and well-being of our store associates and customers is our top priority. In accordance with government guidelines, associates are required to wear masks at all times, gloves when cleaning, and hand sanitizer will be available at store entrances. All areas of our stores have undergone a complete, deep sanitization before reopening and will be regularly sanitized in accordance with government guidelines.
As we try to move toward a new normal, some of our stores in the U.S. have reopened. To see if your nearest store is open, and its operating hours, visit our store locator. Keep in mind, some stores are operating with limited hours so we can safely clean and reset.

Ultimately, our plan is to reopen all U.S. store locations. However, for the health and safety of our customers and associates, we are following state and local guidelines for when and how to open individual stores.

From limiting store hours so we can clean and reset, to newly created sanitization stations, to social distancing line markers at checkout, our stores are now equipped with increased measures to help keep you safe so you can get out and explore again when you’re ready.
We will continue to follow state and local government guidelines. If there is a state or local mandate to wear masks in public, we have the right to refuse service to individuals in stores who do not comply. Our associates will also be required to wear masks and gloves. We will not have additional masks to distribute to customers.
In accordance with government guidelines, store associates are required to wear masks, and hand sanitizer will be available at store entrances.
Prior to reopening, all areas of our stores have undergone a complete, deep sanitization and will continue to be sanitized and cleaned in accordance with government guidelines.
Our in-store fitting rooms are currently operating at very limited capacity, with only one fitting room per store open. We will continue to evaluate whether or not to keep fitting rooms open depending on state and local health guidelines.
In order to maintain physical distance between customers and associates, we’re limiting the number of people allowed in each store. These limits will be based on the size of the store, with a maximum of one person every six feet. Designated waiting areas will be available outside each store so you can wait while maintaining a safe distance.
We will offer associates emergency pay leave if they or a family member are impacted by exposure to COVID-19.
Public restrooms will remain closed for the time being. We will continue to evaluate based on local health guidelines.
While you can bring your own bag to use in stores, associates will not be allowed to touch customer-provided reusable bags. Once your items are purchased, we ask that you place them in your bag if you have brought one.
Most stores will be accepting in-store returns. However, we recommend contacting your local The North Face store to confirm, as state and local guidelines may affect this.
Curbside pickup at The North Face stores is not available at this time. We will continue to evaluate based on local health guidelines.
Yes, now you can shop at your own pace from the comfort of your own home with our Buy Online, Pick Up In Store option. At this time, only full-price, non-outlet The North Face retail stores can facilitate orders placed online for same-day pick up.
