When your order is shipped we will send you an email containing the unique tracking number(s). XPLR Pass members can also find this same information by signing into their account.

Non-residential Addresses

We will be more than happy to ship orders to PO Boxes or military addresses of the BPFC or BPF, but please note that express shipping is not available for these locations.


Signatures are only required for orders exceeding $500.

Shipping to Stores

We do not currently have the ability to Buy Online, Pick-up In Store or Ship To Store in Canada.

Gift Boxes

During the Holiday season, we offer gift boxing, using 100%-recyclable boxes, for a flat fee of $5.95.

Our gift boxes feature an image of the iconic Half Dome and are tied with a red ribbon. Each gift box purchase also includes the option for a free personalized message on a card made from 100%-recycled materials.

Gift boxes are not available for footwear and equipment (i.e., tents, sleeping bags, packs).

If gift boxing is available, you'll have the option to add it to your Cart during Checkout.


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and The North Face® Gift Cards.



Gift Cards

We offer Gift Cards and eGift Cards in amounts ranging from $10 to $1,000. These cards are redeemable at The North Face Retail Stores and Outlets, and on Each customer is limited to purchasing no more than $2,000 in gift cards per day.

Gift Cards are shipped individually, via free FedEx SmartPost. eGift Cards are emailed within 24 hours of purchase, or can be emailed on a selected date.

Using Gift Cards and eGift Cards

They can be used in combination with a credit card, and multiple Gift Cards/eGift Cards can be used at once. To redeem online, enter the unique Card number and PIN at checkout. To redeem at a The North Face Retail Store, bring in the Gift Card, or print a copy of the eGift Card, and hand it to the Sales Associate at checkout.

Checking Your Gift Card Balance

Your balance can be checked by calling 800-242-5353. You must have the Gift Card/eGift Card to check your balance.

Receiving eGift Cards for Returned Items

If you choose to get a credit in the form of an eGift Card for returned item(s), we will issue the eGift Card as soon as your item(s) are received. Please allow 24 hours for your eGift Card to be emailed to you after item(s) have been received.

Promotion Codes

To use a promo code, it needs to be entered before Checkout.

If you're having problems entering a promotion code, please ensure that you are entering it exactly as shown (without spaces). Please also note that codes are case sensitive.

Price Adjustments

If you purchase an item (online or in-store) that goes on sale after you've bought it, you can request a price adjustment for up to two weeks after your purchase. For more information, please reach out to our Customer Service team on (877) 992-0111. Klarna is not available in Canada.

Debit Cards

Unfortunately, we only accept payment with credit cards or Paypal.

Card Showing Two Charges

Credit or debit card statements will occasionally show two identical charges for the same purchase. This is only ever temporary. Your card will only be charged once, and only when your order has shipped.

Sales Tax

Taxes that appear on your order are approximate. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the appropriate Provincial and Federal sales taxes, and will be determined when your order is shipped.
