Signatures

Signatures are only required for orders exceeding $500.

Shipping to Stores

We currently do not have the ability to buy online, pick up in store or ship to store in Canada.

Gift Boxes

During the Holiday season, we offer gift boxing, using 100%-recyclable boxes, for a fee of $9.00 plus tax.

Our gift boxes feature an image of the iconic Half Dome and are tied with a red ribbon. Each gift box purchase also includes the option for a free personalized message on a card made from 100%-recycled materials. 

Gift boxes are not available for footwear and equipment (i.e., tents, sleeping bags, packs). 

If gift boxing is available, you'll have the option to add it to your Cart during Checkout.

Payments

We accept the following forms of online payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB (Japanese Credit Bureau), PayPal, and gift cards from The North Face. We do not accept debit cards as a method of payment at this time. 

Changes or Cancellations

We begin processing orders immediately and are not able to cancel or make changes. For current guidelines on returns or exchanges, please visit our returns policy.

Gift Cards

We offer Gift Cards and eGift Cards in amounts ranging from $10 to $1,000. These cards are redeemable at The North Face Retail Stores and Outlets, and on thenorthface.com. Each customer is limited to purchasing no more than $2,000 in gift cards per day.

Redeem

To redeem online, enter the unique Card number and PIN at checkout. To redeem at a The North Face Retail Store, bring in the Gift Card, or print a copy of the eGift Card, and hand it to the Sales Associate at checkout.

Shipping

Gift Cards are shipped individually, via free FedEx SmartPost. eGift Cards are typically emailed within 24 hours, or can be delivered on a selected date.

Check Balance

Your balance can be checked by calling 800-242-5353. You must have the Gift Card/eGift Card to check your balance.

Promotion Codes

To use a promo code, it needs to be entered before Checkout.

If you're having problems entering a promotion code, please ensure that you are entering it exactly as shown (without spaces). Please also note that codes are case sensitive.

Additional Payment Info

Card showing two charges: Credit or debit card statements will occasionally show two identical charges for the same purchase. Rest assured that this is only ever temporary. Your card will only be charged once, and only when your order has shipped.
