Rob Krar

FLAGSTAFF, ARIZONA

Rob Krar is a decorated endurance athlete who has collected numerous titles, including wins at Leadville 100 and Western States 100, during his extensive ultra running career. Over the years he’s also turned his focus to building community through hosting camps, coaching, introducing others to trail running, and encouraging ongoing conversation about the importance of mental health. As he’s embraced his passion for woodworking and photography, Rob has also grown to understand how the art of running can help reveal what’s possible for each of us when we allow ourselves to explore our potential. Rob is most at home in Flagstaff, Arizona, with his partner, Christina Bauer, where they spend considerable time exploring the Grand Canyon, the Arizona high desert, and the Colorado Plateau.
