As of the Effective Date, the Offer terms have been revised. Among other changes, as of the effective date, a minimum qualifying purchase of $125 or more (calculated pre-tax, excluding expedited shipping charges) is required to redeem the $25 Birthday Gift discount. You are advised to carefully review these terms before proceeding.

Offer valid for XPLR Pass members only in the United States or Canada, 18 years of age (or age of majority in jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher) or older. If you supplied your birth date at time of XPLR Pass account creation or updated your XPLR Pass account to include your birth date no later 7 days prior to the first day of your birth month, you will receive a promo code redeemable for a $25 discount on a qualifying purchase of $125 or more at www.thenorthface.ca (Canada), including on-line purchase with pick up in The North Face store location. Discount good on the purchase of The North Face merchandise of $125 or more (calculated pre-tax, excluding expedited shipping charges). Qualifying purchase incudes both sale and full-priced merchandise, but excludes collaborations, special collections and premium products. Discount valid between 12:00 a.m. ET on first day of your birth month and 11:59 p.m. ET on last day of your birth month. To redeem, log into your XPLR Pass account on www.thenorthface.ca(Canada). Enter promo code in cart or at check-out and click “Apply.” No discount will be provided if promo code is omitted at time of purchase, incomplete or otherwise incorrect. Discount taken before tax and cannot be used for expedited shipping. Discount is good for one-time use only (on entire transaction if purchasing multiple items) and is not transferable. Discount not refunded if purchased item(s) are later returned. Discount cannot be used for prior purchases. Discount will only be honored after verification of identity (including XPLR Pass membership status) and validity of promo code, in The North Face’s sole discretion. Any attempt to defraud The North Face will result in voiding discount, with consumer paying full price for purchase, termination of XPLR Pass membership and possible legal sanctions as allowed by applicable law. All purchases are subject to terms and conditions of sale. XPLR Pass Points will be awarded for purchase transaction where discount was used, excluding $25 discount. The North Face is not responsible for technological failure/error/malfunction of any kind which interferes with intended conduct of Offer including but not limited to irregular or defective promo codes. The offer cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other offers/coupon/discounts. Not valid at any The North Face Store.
