The original Mountain Jacket is one of our tried-and-tested icons – and for good reason. Developed in 1985 to give climbers the same protection from extreme conditions as skiers, it’s warmed the backs of some of our greatest mountain athletes on expeditions all over the world. This updated version is an exclusive part of The North Face x Undercover collaboration. It’s stuffed with 800-fill ProDown™ that not only delivers incredible insulation, but retains its loft – even when wet. We've also integrated our unique 50/50 down baffle structure, whereby a series of down baffles are paired with a highly air-permeable face fabric to create a ground-breaking breathable down layer.
