What To Wear When Skiing and Snowboarding


So you're shopping for a ski or snowboarding outfit?  It's important to make sure you have all the essentials covered before you head out on the slopes. 

  1. Start with a baselayer which sits close to your skin to help keep you warmer.  We offer thermal base layer tops and bottoms for men and women.  
  2. Next, consider a midlayer top particularly if the weather is really cold.  Fleece pullovers, hoodies, and fleece crew shirts make excellent midlayers.  
  3. On top of the midlayer, wear a waterproof shell jacket and on your legs, wear snow bibs or snow pants.  Instead of a midlayer, you could consider a 3-in-1 snow jacket or heavily insulated down jacket with a water-resistant exterior.  
  4. Don't forget the ski gloves or mittens, goggles, helmet, warm socks, and boots
