Vectiv Wear Test Terms (United States)

 

VECTIV Collection purchases qualify for The North Face’s “wear test” and can be returned online or at any The North Face-owned retail stores (NOT at 3rd party retailers) up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Footwear can be reasonably worn or “wear tested”, but an original dated receipt needs to be provided to process the return.  The North Face will determine in its sole discretion if return will be accepted. “Wear test” available on VECTIV Collection purchases up until 4/2/22. 

Website may run out of supplies of items in the VECTIV Collection, in which case rain checks will NOT be issued and The North Face shall not have liability of any kind. Items in the VECTIV Collection are intended for purchaser’s personal use only and are NOT for re-sale. 10% off New XPLR Pass Rewards member Welcome Gift cannot be used for VECTIV Collection purchases. Any attempt to defraud The North Face will result in voiding of purchase and other sanctions, including as per the XPLR Pass REWARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS. 

If circumstances beyond the control of The North Face interfere with or prevent implementation of the offer as originally intended, The North Face may in its sole discretion, modify, suspend or terminate the offer without liability of any kind.
