Waterproof
This fabric provides an impenetrable barrier to rain and snow for guaranteed dryness.
Breathable
Our unique fabric technology allows air to pass through the fabric, helping to regulate body temperature and keep you cooler for longer.
Windproof
This fabric blocks wind from penetrating the garment, greatly reducing the effects of wind chill.
- Engineered with a focus on dexterity and durable waterproofness, the Summit Jannu Peak Heavyweight Waterproof Gloves are a workhorse glove for ice climbing and alpine pursuits in cold and demanding environments. You'll get serious warmth thanks to the high-performance 300 g Heatseeker™ Pro synthetic insulation in the back of the hands and 150 g in the palms and gauntlet, which is made with microfibre technology that offers an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio, packability and loft recovery. The mixture of FUTURELIGHT™ on the back of the hand and gauntlet, a DryVent insert™ and DWR-treated goat leather overlay on the palms and knuckles will help keep your hands dry and protected when gripping onto rock and ice climbing tools. For added warmth and security, there’s a hook-and-loop closure, a carabiner loop on the back of the ring finger and a longer gauntlet than the Summit Jannu Peak Waterproof Gloves. And their special shape means your hands will stay in a neutral position, delivering long-lasting warmth and comfort as your fingers relax into the gloves.
- DryVent™ insert helps keep hands dry
- Non-PFC DWR finish on back of fingers and fourchettes for added water repellency
- Super-soft TKA 100 fleece back-of-hand lining
- Heatseeker™ Pro high-performance synthetic insulation is made with microfibre technology and offers an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio, packability and loft recovery

- Zigzag stitch with elastic at the wrist for a better fit

Please check the tag inside the item carefully before washing.
Have it professionally cleaned
If you can’t fit your down product in your washing machine or tumble dryer, we recommend that you have it professionally cleaned by a service that specialises in cleaning down. It will save you time and energy.
Machine wash
Machine wash at 40°C or below with similar colours. To get the best performance out of your gear, wash it as often as necessary to remove impurities, such as sweat, dirt, campfire smoke and cooking odours.
Close all fastenings
Before cleaning, turn your product inside out and close all Velcro® fastenings and zips to prevent accidental damage.
Use a mild detergent
For best results, we recommend using a mild, non-flake detergent rather than liquid.
