How Should Trail Running Shoes Fit?

Most runners and footwear experts will suggest you buy trail shoes a half size bigger than your usual fit. That will allow any expansion of your foot muscles when you’re running, and make sure you’re not kicking the toe box when you’re coming down a hill at top speed. How Long Should Trail Running Shoes for Women Last?

Even the best trail shoes will need to be hung up for retirement one day. Durability depends on the type of terrain you’re tackling, but you should be able to get 300 to 500 miles out of them.
