My husband warned me before I got this coat that my expectations were too high. I live in the Mid-Atlantic region, and once the first Arctic winds start to blow our way, I am never able to get warm, so I remain ice cold until March. All I wanted was to be warm-ish when I go outside. After reading the reviews and trying this coat on, I decided it was the best option. I sort of talked about it a lot before actually purchasing the coat, and my husband told me not to expect the coat to magically make me warm.

But it does. It is the warmest, nicest, best-designed coat I've ever even thought about and well worth the price. It blocks the wind, has extremely warm pockets, and the neck is equally warm. I only have two complaints: the first is that I have a long neck and the neck on the coat is an inch or two too short for my liking - it does such a great job, that I wish it were just a little bit longer so that the top part of my neck and chin would be warm. My second complaint is that the coat is so warm it makes me realize how cold my legs are. Again, this is a good thing and will be solved by purchasing long johns or something similar.

    Best. Coat. Ever.

The Rave Green color is more like a bright neon yellow. NOT what I was expecting! Really disappointed on the size as well. I got an XL & it is really snug when zipped up! Hood comes way over my face or flies off There isn't a happy medium! The hood needs to have some type of adjustment to keep it snug to the face!

I ordered this jacket online using the website's size chart, and hoping that it would fit correctly, as I have an average body with a large bust. Upon the jacket's arrival (arrived exactly when it said it would), I tried the jacket on and it fit perfectly! I live in New Hampshire, where we have been having the snowiest and coldest February on record, and this jacket has not let me down. It is incredibly warm in near-zero temps with a windchill of below zero. When it gets wet, the water just beads and rolls off the jacket, keeping me comfortable and dry. When snowshoeing, I tend to get quite hot, and this jacket breathes nicely. On top of everything, I LOVE the color (ordered it in Gravity Purple). Now I just need some North Face snow pants to go with it!

LOVE this coat. Blocks the wind and keeps me very warm. Windchill was negative 20 degrees last week and I was very thankful to have this coat. I get a lot of complements on the color too.

I bought the purple colored jacket for my first skiing trip ever. I was worried about the warmth but even in 10-20 degree weather I was nice and toasty. Wind wasn't a problem with the jacket even though it was gusting pretty hard I never got a chill. Also I fell ALOT but never got wet. I love the jacket and definitely recommend it. The website told me to order a large but I ordered an xl because I have broad shoulders and I'm glad I did. I could move very freely in the jacket though it was a little big on the bottom. The goggle pocket is inaccessible when the quilted liner is zipped in and the pockets a little small for gloves but overall it's a great jacket.

I love the warmth of the coat. However, I am disappointed in the color! I got the TNF black and in the picture it looks awesome with the black and lighter blue but the actual jacket has three different shades of blue!!! It doesn't look as sharp as what it does in the picture!

This is a great all around jacket. I use it for everyday use from time to time and also this is my main ski jacket. I would definitely recommend this jacket

        Love, Love, Love the Jacket!

Wow! What a Jacket! When I received this jacket I was pleasantly surprised at how fast I received it, in just 2 days! The Jacket has an instant "wow" factor when you first look at it because of the color which is more like a neon red even though the color is called Rocket Red. The fit is true to size. Anyone on the fence about how the jacket size runs, the measurement guide provided on the website is right on the money. So if you want it to fit right, go buy the sizing guide. As far as the warmth, it is truly a warm jacket but not too bulky. The jacket is constructed with the utmost quality of workmanship. I also like the option of being able to remove the inner vest lining if you just want a lighter, more like wind breaker type jacket. I really like the hidden pocket on the sleeve that has the goggle wipe attached to the inside. That's really cool! I have gotten so many compliments on this jacket, mostly because of the color since it is very eye-catching appealing if you want to be seen. In fact, my cousin told me I was a bad influence on her because she went out and bought herself one, just like mine! All in all, I am really pleased with my purchase and I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for.
