Let's just say that I dreamt about this jacket in a dream! I had an earlier version in black and use it all the time. I dreamt about a camo version and found it the following day while searching online. Living in Southern California it works perfect for running errands, going on hikes, snowboarding or just as an emergency jacket in my pack. It easily adjusts to warmer conditions with the side vents but can easily tackle snow or rain. It's a great price for such a high quality jacket. I'd even put it against competitor's jackets costing double the price.

So, I've been on the fence about purchasing one of the higher end pro summit series jackets. Instead, I took the cheaper route on my top and bought the Venture Jacket. My first and currently the only experience in this jacket was this weekend in the Sierra's. I pulled it out before my ascent of Mt. Agassiz and it kicked ***! I spent hours getting pelted by ice and 70 mph wind gusts, post-holing all the way up. At the end of the day, I was impressed.
Also, White Metal Trees Print looked awesome!
