Voting is open from December 3, 2019 through December 8, 2019 (the “voting period”). Votes will be collected by email when consumers who purchased respond through the email inviting them to vote. One vote per purchaser/email address. On December 10, 2019, all votes will be tallied, and a percentage of the total votes will be calculated for each partner charity, with each charity receiving the percentage of the total donation corresponding to the percentage of total votes received for that partner. The Explore Fund shall serve as the party responsible for collecting and calculating all votes in its sole discretion, and all decisions made by The Explore Fund in determining the percentage allocations shall be final and not-appealable. A purchase and corresponding email to the purchaser at the email address of the purchaser is the purchaser’s invitation to vote. Failure to vote during the voting period will serve as a waiver of the chance to vote with no further right to vote. The percentages distributed to each charity will be available on or after December 10 and may be obtained by contacting us at: tnfsupport@vfc.com.
