No returns or exchanges will be allowed on product purchased on lucy.com, in lucy retail stores, and in lucy outlet stores starting 11/30/2017. If you purchased merchandise before 11/30/2017 that qualifies for a return, you are welcome to return those products in stores or via the standard online returns process before late January 2018.
