Run for a Cause

The North Face Endurance Challenge is once again partnering with Crowdrise. Through this fundraising platform, participants can easily raise money to support the charity of their choice or one of the national non-profit partners of the Endurance Challenge Series – Karno Kids Foundation, Leave No Trace, Challenged Athletes Foundation and Team Red, White and Blue. Crowdrise has made it easy for everyone to be involved in fundraising, so make sure to invite your friends and share your progress with your Facebook friends and Twitter followers!

All our Series partners share a common mission: to encourage outdoor participation with an emphasis on sustainability. Find out more below about each organization and how you can help us make a difference.

Leave No Trace is a non-profit organization located in Boulder, Colorado, whose focus is to promote and inspire responsible outdoor recreation through education, research, and partnerships. The Leave No Trace message is more than a campaign for clean campsites, it's a program dedicated to building awareness, appreciation; and, most of all, respect for our public recreation places. LNT is about enjoying the great outdoors while traveling and camping with care.

The Challenged Athletes Foundation non-profit organization, is a world leader in helping people with physical challenges get involved, and stay involved, in sports. Headquartered in San Diego with regional chapters, CAF provides opportunities and support to people with physical disabilities so they can pursue active lifestyles through physical fitness and competitive athletics. More than 80¢ of every dollar raised by you will provide funding for adaptive sports equipment, training, competition expenses, programs and events that help challenged athletes get off the sidelines and into the game. It is through the hard work of our fundraisers that CAF is able to continue fulfilling its unique mission.

Team RWB’s mission is to enrich the lives of America’s veterans by connecting them to their community through physical and social activity. Our chapters and communities deliver consistent, local opportunities for veterans and the community to connect through physical and social activity. And it is so much more than running. They host regular fitness activities, social gatherings, and participate in local races and events together. Veterans can also develop their leadership skills by serving as a volunteer leader in their local chapter. These programs are at the core of Team RWB’s mission. Be sure to ask about them at your first meeting.
