If circumstances beyond the control of The North Face (that is, a force majeure event, such as materials shortage, governmental action, strike, civil unrest, natural cataclysm, equipment failure/malfunction/error or tampering/unauthorized intervention) interferes with or prevents altogether The North Face's implementation of the offer as originally intended (as determined by The North Face in its sole discretion), The North Face may in its sole discretion, modify, suspend or terminate the offer.
