Sweepstakes begins 8/23/20 @ 12pmET and ends 8/26/20 @ 12pmET.  To enter, download the free Copdate app to your mobile device and sign up with your name, e-mail address and phone number.  Then, follow the prompts in the Copdate app to submit an entry. Limit one (1) entry per Member. Any wireless Internet access charges & other fees in conjunction with entry are Member’s sole responsibility.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about 8/27/20, will be notified via the Copdate app and/or email and must confirm their acceptance of the designated time slot (i.e., their reservation) within a specified time period. A PAYMENT IS NOT REQUIRED TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION. If winner fails to timely confirm his/her/their reservation or if he/she/they cannot be contacted, prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected (time permitting).

Prize: a time slot of ½ hour between 8:00 a.m. & 230 p.m. on 8/28/20 in which to view The North Face x Brain Dead Collection at The North Face Soho (584 Broadway B-103, New York, NY; between Prince & West Houston Streets)  and A TNF trucker hat (ARV: $20.00. WINNERS ARE NOT IN ANY WAY OBLIGATED TO PURCHASE THE NORTH FACE X BRAIN DEAD COLLECTION ITEMS; but, if winner chooses to do so, Collection items are available WHILE SUPPLIES LAST, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and other terms & conditions apply.  130 winners in total, with 10 winners per time slot. Valid government-issued photo identification is required to gain admittance during designated time slot. The North Face closely follows the COVID-19 Guidance of the New York City Department of Health. Winners (a) will NOT be admitted to the Store if they are not wearing a mask; (b) will be removed from the Store if Store personnel determine that they are not complying with required social distancing, instructions of Store personnel or are behaving in a disruptive or otherwise inappropriate manner; and (c) may be subject to temperature checks and perhaps other tests as a condition of admittance to Store. The ½ hour time limit will be strictly enforced. The North Face may accommodate late arrivals for designated time slot at its sole discretion and without liability of any kind (including prize forfeiture).  Unspecified expenses (e.g., travel to/from New York, NY) and taxes (if any) are winner’s sole responsibility. Prize cannot be substituted or transferred. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received for drawing.

By participating, you agree to these Rules and Sponsor’s/Copdate’s decisions, which are final & binding. Sponsor and Copdate not responsible for technological malfunctions, failures or errors of any kind or for late, lost, corrupted, inaccessible, blocked, stolen, garbled, incomplete, damaged, jumbled entries, all of which are void. If Sweepstakes cannot be offered as originally planned for any reason, Sponsor may cancel/suspend/modify Sweepstakes and (to the extent feasible) prize winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received prior to action taken by Sponsor. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Copdate, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agencies, officers, and directors from any and all liability in conjunction with Sweepstakes and acceptance, receipt, use/misuse of prize.
