Emily Harrington lives her life to become one of the best all-around mountain athletes that she can be, at her home in Tahoe, California. With a little help from her friends, she keeps her routines diverse and entertaining by mixing it up, every single day.

One-day, she’s skinning and ski touring with her friends, the next day she’s climbing and skiing at the resort. Emily gets out and plays in the very mountains that keep her fit, for so many big adventures to come.
