Boa® Lacing System

Boa® lacing has boldly challenged convention and changed the way athletes move. By replacing traditional shoelaces with the Boa® lacing system, footwear not only became more reliable, but far more responsive as well by eliminating pressure points through even distribution of pressure.

The Boa® system provides a unique glove-like fit on performance footwear. The precision Boa® reel allows minute and repeatable adjustments for a precise fit. The replaceable ultra high-strength stainless steel lace cables slide easily through the patented elongated lace guides to distribute closure force perfectly and create dynamic closure. Made from 19-strand aircraft-grade steel, Boa® is renowned for its durability in snow, water and ice. This unique closure automatically micro-adjusts with foot movement to eliminate pressure points, kind of like a suspension system. The quick release mechanism makes loosening and adjusting easier than ever. The resulting fit is unique and unattainable with laces.
