Description
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager by driving sales, managing operations, merchandising, hiring, training, and maintaining store profitability. Some of your primary duties include:
§ Implementing and maintaining an ongoing sales training program, customer service, visual merchandising, operations and systems, policies, and procedures.
§ Maintaining sales floor visibility.
§ Participating in weekly team management meetings.
Requirements
Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or three years related experience in the retail industry with a minimum of one year supervisory experience.
