Aid Stations

Accelerade and water will be provided at Aid Stations throughout the course. Full Aid Stations will provide Accelerade, water, bagels, PB&Js, fruits, candy, salty snacks and more. Basic first aid needs will be available at all Aid Stations. Specific pharmaceutical needs are the responsibility of the runner. Please see the course map for Aid Station locations.
