Tsuyoshi Kaburaki

Ultra Runner

For years Tsuyoshi wore two hats, those of a dedicated public official and a world-class trail runner.

Tsuyoshi is one of the most famous trail runners in Japan, having won the Mount Fuji Climbing Marathon multiple times.
Amazingly, he accomplished this despite working full-time for the Japanese government. In early 2009, Tsuyoshi quit his government job and decided to pursue his dream of becoming a professional trail runner, freeing him up to attend races around the world.
