Packet Pickup
Participants may choose one of the following options for race bag pickup. You do not need to notify the event staff of which option you choose.
Option One
Participants may pick up their race swag, timing chip and race number at the designated The North Face retail store prior to the race. You must show a government-issued photo I.D. to pick up your race number.
Packet pickup for this event will take place at the following retail location:
Thursday, December 5, 2013 (10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.)
Friday, December 6, 2013 (10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.)
Option Two
Participants may pick up their race swag on race day. Race swag will be available post-race for those participants choosing this option, while race numbers and timing chips must be picked up before the race on Saturday or Sunday morning at the runner check-in booth.
For Sunday racers, Packet Pickup will be open at the Start/Finish Line on Saturday morning starting at 11:00 a.m.
If Option 2 is chosen, please do not forget to pickup your race swag after you finish. Race swag will not be shipped.
COUNTDOWN TO the championship
PRE-RACE PANEL DISCUSSION
On Friday night before the race, the Endurance Challenge will host a panel discussion featuring athletes from The North Face Global Team, a member of the Challenged Athletes Foundation team and Endurance Challenge race director, Nick Moore. Panelists will answer questions regarding the race and offer their own advice and experiences from the trail. The panel event will start at 6:30 p.m. at the Packet Pickup location.
