Magic Seam® is a procedure where the fabric is hot cut and the seams are welded edge-to-edge using state-of-the-art rotary sonic and line-bonding machinery. To increase durability and strength, an 11m soft, flexible seam tape has been applied along the welded seams. The benefits of the Magic Seam® are elimination of traditional double stitching, which reduces bulk, improves comfort and eliminates stitch holes. The elimination of stitch holes creates a virtually waterproof jacket since there are no holes for water molecules to enter.
